Gonzalez Construction Pros

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Gonzalez Construction Pros LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By hiring or engaging the Company for construction services, the client ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Gonzalez Construction Pros LLC provides construction, remodeling, custom woodwork, cabinetry, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual contracts with the Client, which will specify the project details, pricing, and timelines.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All initial project estimates are based on the information provided by the Client. Once the estimate is accepted, a formal contract will be prepared outlining the detailed scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, and cost. The contract must be signed by both parties before work can commence.

4. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be made in writing and may affect the overall cost and project timeline. Change orders will be provided for any additional work or materials requested by the Client after the contract has been signed.

5. Payments

The payment structure will be detailed in the individual contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with further payments scheduled throughout the project based on agreed milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Warranties

We warrant that all work performed by Gonzalez Construction Pros LLC will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects due to workmanship will be repaired at no additional cost within the warranty period specified in the contract. Warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide access to the property as required to complete the project. The Client must also ensure that any necessary permits, approvals, or homeowner association consents are obtained before work begins, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

8. Materials

All materials and products used will be agreed upon before work commences. Any changes in materials requested by the Client after work has started may affect the project timeline and cost.

9. Liability

Gonzalez Construction Pros LLC is insured and follows industry safety standards. However, we shall not be liable for any delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. The terminating party must provide written notice to the other party. The Client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Gonzalez Construction Pros LLC operates. Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement must be brought within that jurisdiction.
